I understand that Eutonia For Dancers is an educational and experiential somatic movement program, and not psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental health care, rehabilitation, or personal coaching. I understand that my participation does not create a therapeutic, medical, or coaching relationship.

I understand that live participation is the primary format of Eutonia For Dancers. I acknowledge that session recordings are offered for 30 days only as a supplement, not as a replacement for attendance, and that missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.

I have read and agree to the payment, cancellation, and refund policy, including that: A) I may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase date. B) After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. C) Annual memberships cannot be paused or downgraded.

I agree to participate respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and share only my own experience. I understand that Eutonia For Dancers may remove a participant whose behavior is misaligned with the program’s values, without refund.

I understand that all practices, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Eutonia For Dancers and may not be shared or distributed. I acknowledge that sessions may be recorded for promotional use and that I may request image blurring by written email.
