EUTONIA FOR DANCERS

Overview

Eutonia For Dancers is a live, online somatic movement and artistic practice designed for embodied learning and exploration. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or personal coaching.

Your participation is voluntary and self-regulated. You are responsible for listening to your body, respecting your limits, and choosing how deeply you engage.

Live attendance is the heart of the program. Recordings are offered for a limited time as a support, not as a replacement for participation.

Payments are refundable within 7 days of purchase only. After that, all sales are final.

This community is built on respect, confidentiality, and personal responsibility. By joining, you agree to participate with care for yourself, the facilitators, and the group.

By enrolling in Eutonia For Dancers, you agree to the following Terms and Agreements. These terms are designed to create a clear, respectful, and safe container for all participants, facilitators, and organizers.

1. The Organization

Eutonia For Dancers is offered by ESPAÇO CORPORESCER LTDA,
CNPJ: 42.215.535/0001-20, with registered address at Rodovia do Sol, nº 2780, Sala 1307, Praia de Itaparica, Vila Velha/ES, CEP 29.102-020 – Brazil.

The program is administered by Anderson Mendes da Rocha and managed by Rosileide Vieira Rodrigues, under the brand Eutonia For Dancers, and responds to contact through the email eutoniafordancers@gmail.com.

Sessions are facilitated primarily by Anderson Mendes da Rocha. Guest facilitators may be invited and act as independent contractors.

2. Nature of the Offering

Eutonia For Dancers is an educational and experiential somatic movement program focused on body awareness, artistic exploration, and embodied learning.

It is not:

  • Psychotherapy
  • Medical treatment
  • Mental health care
  • Physical rehabilitation
  • Personal coaching
  • Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or coaching relationship.

3. Your Participation

By enrolling, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are physically and emotionally able to participate
  • Your participation is voluntary and self-regulated

4. Program Delivery & Access

Eutonia For Dancers is delivered through:

  • Live online sessions via Zoom
  • Time-limited session recordings (available for 30 days after each live session)
  • WhatsApp community group ambient is the main community hub for communication.

Live participation is the primary format.

Recordings are offered as a supplement only and are not a substitute for attendance.
Access to sessions, recordings, and community spaces depends on the tier purchased (single season or yearlong membership).

5. Program Structure

Seasonal Program:

  • 7-week immersion with weekly 2-hour live sessions
  • Includes recording access for 30 days and online community access during the season.

Yearlong Program:

  • Access to 4 seasons (28 live sessions) within a 12 months period,
  • Integration materials, members-only community, and retreat discounts.

Practice sessions are sequential, and the value of the program emerges through ongoing participation.

6. Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments may be made as:

  • One-time payment, or 
  • Monthly recurring subscription for the annual program.

Refund Policy:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds.
  • Annual memberships cannot be paused or downgraded.
  • In exceptional cases, annual memberships may be transferred to another person, subject to approval.

7. Attendance & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • During practice, engaging at a pace appropriate to their own body and capacity
  • Attending the sessions live whenever possible.
  • Use WhatsApp community ambient for following up communication and reminders.
  • Using recordings responsibly if a session is missed.

8. Participant Responsibility & Safety

By participating, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical and emotional limits.
  • You will not practice under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • You will stop or modify a practice guidance if something feels unsafe.
  • Emotional material may arise during or after sessions.

9. Facilitator Scope & Boundaries

The facilitators of Eutonia For Dancers:

  • Are available during live sessions for guidance and Q&A.
  • Are not available for personal coaching or private support outside practice sessions.

Participants may book private sessions separately if additional support is desired.

10. Community Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Share only personal experiences (no speaking on behalf of others).
  • Maintain confidentiality within the community.

Eutonia For Dancers reserves the right to remove a participant whose behavior is misaligned with the program’s values, without refund.

11. Intellectual Property & Media

  • All practices, frameworks, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Eutonia For Dancers.
  • Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable.

Media recorded during sessions may be used for promotional purposes.

Participants may request image blurring by written email request.

12. Limitation of Liability

Eutonia For Dancers and its facilitators are not liable for:

  • Physical injury
  • Emotional distress
  • Personal decisions or interpretations arising from participation

Participation is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Agreements.
