Celebration of Life in a Body
We will be 10 days and 9 nights together in Bali from February 9th to 18h, 2027 to gather as a soul family to celebrate life in a body.
From the food that we eat, to the practices that awaken our senses, to the movements that carry us through the day, to the water that blesses our existence, to the sound that shapes our reality… Bali is waiting for us to finally meet eye to eye.
We’ll wake up by the sound of birds with the touch of the warm weather kissing our skin. We’ll get energized with a nutritious breakfast and lunch, and then jump into a movement session in the mornings and afternoons guided by Anderson. In the evenings our rhythm changes to explore other activities like, ecstatic dance, a cacao ceremony, sauna, art sessions with the sound of soundscape lullabies surrounded by Bali’s lush nature.
Limited to 16 participants.
The Practice
The practice of Eutonia will carry us on a daily exploration in the mornings and afternoons through Bones, Skin, Inner Space and Conscious Contact, but now with the element of being physically together, other activities will enhance the residence in our bodies over 10 days.

Our Rituals
We start and end our days together.
Mornings
We start the day together with a Soft Morning Contemplation followed by breakfast & practice.
We light incense in our altar, and for 30 minutes we appreciate life.
We can journal, move, pray, but we do it in silence by listening to the sound of nature.
Our sharings
At the end of the day we have our group sharings, where we bring our contemplations about the day.
This is the space to empty ourselves and feel seen and heard.
We give love showers and regulate by cuddling as a group. Here is where we grow in intimacy.
The Container
This gathering is the first fully embodied expression of the work we have been building with Eutonia For Dancers for the last year and half. Our philosophy places the harmony of the human in relationship with its body, our practice is the rewiring of our senses that finds meaning in the present moment in relational contact with ourselves and the other. What we do appeals to souls that seek to celebrate life through the joy of having a body. This is our first retreat, and if you resonate with our vibes, you are welcome to join!
The most powerful moments happen outside the sessions.
Shared meals
Morning togetherness.
Time in nature
Rest & Reflections
Water blessing ceremony
Art night & Soundscape
Cacao ceremony & singing circle
Live musician jam session
Saturday night town adventure
Ecstatic dance
Sunday dance & eating out
Sauna master & dinner

The Transformation
After the 9 days, you will feel:
Greater trust in your bodily sensations.
Increased capacity for self-regulation.
A felt experience of group togetherness (our tribe)
A renewed relationship with your bodies.
More intimacy with yourself.

Our policies helps us care for the sustainability of the retreat while remaining as fair as possible to everyone involved.
The Body Residence is intentionally limited to 16 participants. When you reserve your place, we immediately begin making commitments on your behalf, including accommodation, venue reservations, catering, and other preparations that allow the retreat to take place. Your €400 registration deposit secures your place and helps us make these early commitments with confidence. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable, even if you later decide not to attend.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend talking to us, clearing all your questions, before registering.
The Community Member price is our way of honoring the people who have been growing alongside us.
You’re eligible if you’re currently enrolled in the Yearly Program or if you’ve previously participated in one of our Seasons or Workshop journeys.
To receive the Community Member price, please register using the same email address where you receive Eutonia For Dancers communications. Eligibility is confirmed by matching your registration email with our Member or Alumni records. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, simply get in touch in our WhatsApp preferably (faster), before registering, we’re happy to help.
Force majeure refers to extraordinary events beyond the reasonable control of Eutonia For Dancers that make it impossible or unsafe to deliver the retreat as planned. These events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, border closures, immigration impediments, pandemics, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, venue closure due to unforeseen circumstances, or other events that prevent the retreat from taking place.
If a force majeure event occurs, Eutonia For Dancers may postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the retreat. In such circumstances, we will communicate promptly with all participants and make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund of payments received, taking into account any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Our intention is always to find the most supportive and fair solution for everyone involved while protecting the sustainability of the retreat.
We require that all participants purchase travel insurance, or agree to be responsible for covering your trip, medical care, and personal belongings, in case of adversity.
Yes. If you’re no longer able to attend, you may transfer your place to another person up until the retreat begins. Please contact us first so we can approve the replacement and update the registration details. Any financial arrangements between you and the replacement participant are your responsibility.
Yes, you may request to change your booking up to 90 days before the retreat begins (until Nov 10, 2026), provided there is availability and the change does not affect room planning. Since the rooms are shared, when you downgrade, we still need time to find a suitable replace to a vacant bed.
After November 11, 2026 (90 days before the retreat), accommodation bookings become final and we are no longer able to change your participation package.
If you would like to request a change, please contact us at eutoniafordancers@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
We understand that travel doesn’t always go as planned. If you experience delays, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll help you coordinate your arrival, but transportation from the airport to the venue remains your responsibility. The retreat dates will go on as scheduled, you will enter the activities as you start.
You’re welcome to join the retreat after it has begun. While we encourage everyone to arrive for the opening day to experience the full journey together, we understand that unexpected situations can happen. Please keep us informed so we can welcome you when you arrive.
You’re free to leave the retreat whenever necessary. However, as this is a carefully designed immersive experience, we encourage participants to stay for the full program whenever possible. Early departures do not qualify for partial refunds.
Please book your flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar – DPS), Bali.
Ubud is approximately 35–40 km (22–25 miles) from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The journey typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
You can easily get a taxi outside the airport, or use ride-hailing services such as Grab or Gojek. We’ll send detailed directions and the venue address before the retreat begins.
Check-in takes place on Tuesday, February 9, 2027, between 12:00 and 3:00 pm, followed by our opening gathering and welcome dinner. The retreat concludes on Thursday, February 18, 2027, after breakfast and our final morning practice. Check-out is by 12:00 pm.

Your retreat includes daily Eutonia practice sessions, breakfast and lunch each day, two special dinners, the cacao ceremony, water blessing ceremony, ecstatic dance events, sauna experience, live musicians jam session, transportation to external retreat activities, and full support throughout the retreat. No. Eutonia is not based on physical performance or fitness. The practices are gentle, accessible, and adaptable to different bodies and levels of experience. You’re always encouraged to move within your own limits and listen to what your body needs.
The immersion will be conducted in English. Participants should have a basic understanding of English to fully benefit from the training.
To preserve the intimacy of the experience, The Body Residence is limited to 16 participants. This small group allows for meaningful connection, individual attention, and a supportive community throughout the retreat.
Absolutely. No previous experience with Eutonia is required. The retreat is designed to welcome both newcomers and those who have been practicing with us. The practices are guided step by step, and you’re always encouraged to explore them at your own pace. What matters most is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to your body.
Our accommodation consists of shared twin rooms with two single beds. Before the retreat starts, our team will assign the room sharing. If you’re joining with a friend and would like to share a room together, simply let us know when you register, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We thoughtfully assign rooms to create a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.
Yes. The experience is rooted in Spaciousness, Autonomy, Regulation, Togetherness, and Contemplation. While the retreat follows a daily rhythm of shared practices, meals, and evening activities, there is also space for rest and personal time. You might choose to read by the pool, walk through the rice fields, journal, take a nap, or simply enjoy doing nothing. We believe that integration happens not only during the practices, but also in the spaces between them. One of the beautiful aspects of a residential retreat is learning to move between togetherness and solitude.
Visa and entry requirements for Indonesia depend on your nationality and may change over time. Check the official Indonesian Immigration website before booking your flights to confirm the latest visa requirements for your passport. Many nationalities are eligible for an Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) or Visa on Arrival, while others may need to apply in advance.
Before travelling, you should also:
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival.
- Complete Indonesia’s mandatory digital arrival declaration, which combines immigration, customs, health, and quarantine information. This can be completed online up to 3 days before arrival, and you’ll receive a QR code to present when entering the country.
- Check whether you’re required to pay the Bali Tourist Levy, which supports the island’s cultural and environmental preservation.
As travel requirements may change, we encourage all participants to verify the latest information through the official Indonesian government website before departure.
Once you register, we’ll send you a Travel Guide with everything you need to prepare for your arrival in Bali, including recommended official links, transportation tips, and practical information for the retreat.
