Season Skin
Orientation · Boundaries · Contact
A seasonal initiation into how you meet the world

THE INVITATION
This season of Eutonia For Dancers invites you to return to the surface as a living field of perception.
Skin is the first place of boundaries, sensation, contact with the world. Your skin becomes your first landscape of listening.
Skin is where gravity arrives. Where space touches you and boundaries are felt.

THE PRACTICE
In the Skin season, we explore how sensation organizes orientation.
Through gentle, precise Eutonia practices, attention is guided toward:
✦ Surface and pressure
✦ Weight and contact
✦ Sensitivity and containment
The work is soft and tender, allowing the nervous system to settle and perception to refine.
All sessions are held live on Zoom.
You practice from your own space — lying down, sitting, or standing.
No previous experience is required.
Only curiosity and willingness to feel.
THE SEASONAL STRUCTURE
The Skin season unfolds over 7 weeks.
It includes:
Weekly live Zoom practice sessions
Guided somatic explorations
Space for integration between sessions
Sessions take place once per week, with each practice lasting approximately 1.5–2 hours.
Live presence is central to the work. Recordings are available for 30 days after each session as temporary support.

Especially supportive if you feel disconnected from sensation, over-stimulated, or unsure where you end and the world begins.
